Dallas location = awful customer service. Also, a gratuity should be given for a job well done, not a default question upon checkout without even looking up — so you feel obligated to give a tip as part of payment even when you’re unhappy. Very disappointed in my experience at the Dallas location and won’t be returning.
These individuals are INCREDIBLE!! Taylor did my eyebrows and she was absolutely phenomenal. She listened to my concerns about my eyebrows, addressed them and gave me tips to fix them. I would 100% recommend her!! Alex at the front desk (he also does waxing Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) was so kind and knowledgeable. The best service I have ever had!
Swift, effective, spotless.. it's optimal to schedule online and select the services you need. I didn't realize there were more of these around the metroplex. But I like Dallas. It's close to where I need to be.
