I CONSISTENTLY choose this establishment for piercings and jewelry changes. The proprietor is consistently present, exceptionally informed, and amicable. They strictly adhere to COVID-19 protocols and maintain a high standard of cleanliness. Needles are always freshly unsealed in your presence, and they have partitions for privacy during procedures. Their jewelry is reasonably priced. While some may grumble about the costs, it's essential to remember that quality comes at a price!
APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! If you value top-notch craftsmanship, steer clear of this establishment. I unequivocally do not recommend it. The proprietor initially appears helpful, but once your payment is made, her demeanor changes drastically. When I raised an issue about a piercing she performed, I returned later due to the earring stem being too short, and she was uncooperative in addressing the problem. This is not the first instance I've heard of customers encountering issues here.
Absolutely dreadful experience. If I could rate it 0 stars, I definitely would. I specifically requested a vibrant RED tattoo, even provided a photo for reference, but what I got was a dark purplish tattoo that almost appears black. This was my first tattoo, and I was assured that it would become the bright red I desired after healing, but it's been about 3 months now, and there's been no change. To make matters worse, the tattoo was mirrored incorrectly and bears no resemblance to the inspiration picture! Now I'm left with a tattoo I deeply regret getting. The cost was exorbitant as well! I should have opted for a better and more affordable place. I strongly advise against going here!
