I've been a client of Morgan for 2 years, maybe even longer. Adore them and the exceptional service they provide. Morgan is incredibly engaging while working on my manicure and pedicure. I always eagerly anticipate my appointments with them.
My parent needed a pedicure and this establishment was conveniently located near their residence, so they went in today. (They typically don't leave feedback, but when they messaged me this, I felt compelled to share) My parent owned their own nail salon in northern New Jersey for over two decades and has high standards. While receiving a pedicure, the nail technician (I believe a male) disgustingly rinsed a metal tool used to remove dead skin from my parent's feet in the pedicure water and then placed it back with all the other tools. Yuck... And to do that in front of a client is just unacceptable. I see the reviews mentioning cleanliness issues here, and now I understand why. This isn't our usual spot for manicures or pedicures, but I can guarantee we won't be returning.
I've visited this place a few times now and Skylar is truly exceptional! They understand my preferences perfectly, take their time, and exude genuine passion for their craft. The way they shape the almond style is just impeccable. I am loyal to Skylar and won't consider going elsewhere!
