WOW!!! Absolutely incredible and fantastic massage!!! It's always a challenge for me to find a therapist who can apply firm pressure, but this therapist really focused on each trigger point!!! I was pleasantly surprised by the use of hot stones - such a unique experience - they truly worked wonders with the hot stones! The hot towels were also a nice touch - multiple layers and they even walked on my back, but it was done so professionally!!! I feel like my body is now singing symphonies and I can't wait to return! I initially booked for one hour, but next time, I will definitely schedule a two-hour appointment! I highly recommend this place!!!
I visited the massage studio on Saturday 9/23 to book an appointment for today, 9/25. The receptionist told me to call back on Monday. I called at 11 am this morning, and she instructed me to call again at 1 pm. When I called at 1 pm, she told me to come in at 2 pm. I arrived at 2 pm, only to be told to return at 6 pm. I'm extremely disappointed. I was really looking forward to a massage today as it's my birthday. This was a clear display of poor customer service, especially considering that I was referred here. They have certainly lost a potential customer.
My partner and I adore this establishment. They always provide exceptional service. They begin by placing hot towels on your back to help relax your muscles. They even offer the option of having someone walk on your back at the end... such a wonderful place for a massage... and they even provide a complimentary water bottle!
