The proprietor emerged to reprimand me for lingering and intruding. I was engaged in a phone conversation before attending an event at a neighboring establishment. I wasn't even in front of his store, but in the lot behind and to the side. Unsure if it was prejudice against my appearance, but I felt quite rattled when a forceful man with four times my muscle mass approached to scold me and accuse me of vehicle break-ins. I nearly departed the entire area due to fear.
Extremely professional and exceptionally kind. They show genuine concern for me and the well-being of my hair. They imparted valuable hair advice and were honest about what they could achieve with my hair. They went the extra mile to ensure I had a pleasant experience and that my hair looked its best.
