Visited this salon for a Mother's Day treat. I cannot rate it highly due to the poor quality of service. While I appreciate being seen promptly, the owner did my nails and the outcome was disappointing. The nails appeared flat, thick, and lumpy - resembling the work of an inexperienced individual. When I expressed my concerns, the owner seemed dismissive. While polite, he should perhaps focus on managerial tasks rather than performing nail services. I am tempted to remove the nails immediately.
I find the atmosphere here quite pleasant. Typically, I make appointments with Taylor - they are exceptionally skilled and precise, especially when it comes to shaping my nails in coffin or square styles. Taylor consistently delivers outstanding results, particularly for simple jobs. For intricate designs, I recommend booking with Jordan. Jordan has done my nails a few times, and their work is truly impressive.
Yesterday marked my first visit to this establishment, and I must say, the staff were incredibly friendly. The salon itself is spacious and exudes a relaxing vibe. The nail technician who attended to me was exceptionally kind and did a fantastic job with my nails. I was highly satisfied with the results and found this nail salon to be one of the best I've tried. I even left a generous tip as a token of my appreciation!
