This is a locale that initially had great service, but now... they don't even respect your appointment time. I arrived there for my appointment and the lady just informed me that I had to wait until she finished with a customer who had just started getting her acrylic nails done 😳 When I brought up why she gave me an appointment then, she looked at me as if... oh well, didn't even care about it. The salon floors were also very unclean. Not recommended at all!About

I had a meeting today with my son, arrived at the spot, and was informed that it's closed. I mentioned I had a meeting at 3:30, but it was only 3:00. No response on whether they closed due to snow. I did call yesterday and was told that if they close due to weather, all appointments will be canceled and patients will be called. It's frustrating to travel to the spot and find out the doctor isn't even there.
