I was prepared for a long-overdue change but was uncertain about what exactly I wanted. I gave vague directions to Joy and let her take the lead. The result was fantastic! I did need to return for a minor adjustment to the haircut, but it was a simple process, and I have no complaints. The best part - I received numerous compliments from various colleagues! The salon itself is inviting, pristine, and organized. If you choose to visit this establishment, request Joy - she is professional, amiable, and effective. I was extremely satisfied with my visit! I have already scheduled my next appointment.
