My son has been coming here since he turned one. Last week, I called to inform them that we would be 10 minutes late. The woman on the phone was rude and unpleasant, stating that she had another appointment and couldn't accommodate us. Even after explaining that I was a working mother who had sat in traffic for 30 minutes, she remained indifferent and brought up a previous appointment I had to cancel. I can understand why this establishment is struggling; with customer service like this, who would want to pay and be treated in such a manner? This individual is detrimental to the business, and the new proprietors should be made aware of this!About
