My son has been coming here since he turned one. Last week, I called to inform them that we would be 10 minutes late. The woman on the phone was rude and unpleasant, stating that she had another appointment and couldn't accommodate us. Even after explaining that I was a working mother who had sat in traffic for 30 minutes, she remained indifferent and brought up a previous appointment I had to cancel. I can understand why this establishment is struggling; with customer service like this, who would want to pay and be treated in such a manner? This individual is detrimental to the business, and the new proprietors should be made aware of this!
I happened to be in the vicinity and decided to drop by for my baby's inaugural haircut. Despite living far away and not having a reservation, the individual at the front desk recommended returning later. However, I insisted on waiting, hoping that the fully booked hairstylist might have a spare moment for a trim. Fortunately, she was able to accommodate my son and provide him with the trim I had in mind! I am grateful to Diana and Wade (I believe that was his name) for their assistance; they were both pleasant and amiable. I received the first haircut package, complete with a certificate, photo, and a lock of hair! My son was delighted with the balloon and lollipop given to him after the haircut.
