Awful! Every time I have attempted to visit, there is either a lack of employees or they are extremely impolite! The reviews are spot on. I have never even received a service here because every time I have tried, there is always an issue. Rude and too expensive anyway! Although I did not catch the braider's name, she delivered exceptional service. Her demeanor was courteous and professional, and the overall atmosphere of the salon surpassed my previous experiences.
