If I could give zero stars I would... extremely poor and unprofessional service... they will attempt to manipulate your nails. My nails were done terribly... I specifically requested straight rectangular nails... when I expressed my dissatisfaction with the bulky polish, the woman decided to aggressively remove all the polish with a drill. Afterward, she declared that someone else would have to redo them. She was the only person in the salon at that time as it was close to closing. She made no effort to repaint them. She wasted two hours achieving nothing... From the start, I communicated my nail preferences. Each time she asked if I liked them, I would explain why I did not... it reached a point where I had to grab the nail file myself to try to fix the problem... she kept insisting they would turn out as desired. Eventually, I settled for just the acrylic with no polish. When she asked for payment, she demanded $70... I questioned this as she had not fulfilled any of my requests. She threatened to call the police. Upon their arrival, she lied consistently, portraying herself as patient with me. She even told the police that I had not voiced any concerns about my nails until after she finished painting them. Her name is Kimberly, a short elderly Asian lady. She should stick to foot scrubbing rather than doing nails. If you value quality and attentive customer service, avoid Unique Nails at all costs... this was my worst nail salon experience ever... AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU SEEK QUALITY...

At last, I've discovered the hair expert in Chattanooga. I visited Jagged Edge Salon in dire need of a miracle, and Alexander delivered! My haircut is flawless, and my hair looks healthy from Day 1. I feel like Alexander genuinely cares about the health of my hair while providing me with a top-notch style. He is confident in his skills, and it reflects in his work. He educated me, styled my hair, and shaped my brows. Thank you for saving me from a hair emergency and caring enough to bring laughter into the mix. I'm eagerly looking forward to my next visit. I popped in on a whim, they took me right away. They were so kind and gave me a fantastic haircut, exactly what I wanted (I was a bit nervous, not having cut my hair in about 12 years). I adore it! I will definitely return.
