**Dreadful experience, ventured in with my close pal and her partner. They damaged one of my toenails, trimmed them short against my wishes, and left multiple toes with uneven nail polish. My fingernails appear dreadful after a gel color application with black tips - some corners are missing the black tip, and the technician even left remnants of old color beneath the new layer. Never returning.**
**My preferred spot for manicures, pedicures, and facial waxes. The staff consistently delivers excellent service. Hannah, in particular, provides honest feedback and exceptional results. She excels in all services, including painless lip and chin waxing.**
**Awful experience. I simply desired a standard manicure and pedicure with regular polish. The technician rushed me to choose a color and essentially selected it for me. She insisted the water was fine despite my complaint about it being too hot. The pedicure I paid for was hurried, with excessive digging into my toes resulting in a painful ingrown or slice on my big toe. The shared use of the same wax bin raises concerns about potential infections. Unlikely to return and considering requesting a refund.**
