**Dreadful experience, ventured in with my close pal and her partner. They damaged one of my toenails, trimmed them short against my wishes, and left multiple toes with uneven nail polish. My fingernails appear dreadful after a gel color application with black tips - some corners are missing the black tip, and the technician even left remnants of old color beneath the new layer.
