Sadly, 1st visit was lovely with a sweet older man at station #2. 2nd visit with a different great artist. But 3rd visit was a 3-hour letdown. Asked for pink star design, got something else. Waited an extra hour, told to return next day. Opted for bunny design, got a mess by Linda. Paid $95 for stars, $15+ for bunnies. Inconsistent quality, not worth the money. Avoid this place.
Disappointed. Asked for French tips with clear base, got pink instead. Had to insist multiple times for clear. Sloppy French tips, mismatched. Had to request polish cleanup. Pressured into unnecessary pedi upgrade for callus removal, despite being part of all pedicures. $46 wasted.
I RARELY REVIEW. First visit for nails was GREAT. The unnamed artist nailed my vision. Return visit today was a nightmare. LISA did my nails, couldn't meet my requests. I like intricate designs, charms, the works. Asked about options, she seemed annoyed. Rushed me, denied showing charms again. Paid $150 for ugly, bulky nails. Uneven, imprecise lines, terrible shaping. Extremely upset with her attitude. Expected better for the price. Also paid for top pedicure, no callus removal. Disrespectful experience.
