Red did a fantastic job on my first tattoo ever. I might be hooked now. Already planning my next one! The studio was spotless and pleasantly uncrowded. Plus, the playlist was great. Red was patient and a breeze to collaborate with. I am extremely happy with his work. I visited this store in the morning and noticed they have an African American male staff member! This was already my preferred beauty supply store, but now it's the only one I'll patronize. Witnessing a black man working for the European owners truly shifts the dynamics and culture! I had already developed a fondness for Ms. Regan and Chris's positive vibes, and this just sealed the deal! Go shop there; they genuinely care about the community, it's not just about profits for them! They even assist you if you're short on cash. I love it! Sadly, 1st visit was lovely with a sweet older man at station #2. 2nd visit with a different great artist. But 3rd visit was a 3-hour letdown. Asked for pink star design, got something else. Waited an extra hour, told to return next day. Opted for bunny design, got a mess by Linda. Paid $95 for stars, $15+ for bunnies. Inconsistent quality, not worth the money.
