My first experience with Gillian was a few weeks prior to my wedding in October, and I must say, she not only met the expectations but far exceeded them! She made me feel incredibly comfortable right from the start, boosting my confidence and self-esteem. I had been quietly fretting for months about potential breakouts on my wedding day (given my tendency to break out at the worst times), but she reassured me that everything would be flawless - and she was absolutely right! The facial she provided was truly the best I've ever had - I felt immensely relaxed, and my skin was radiantly glowing! Her post-facial follow-up to inquire about my well-being was incredibly considerate! Words cannot express how remarkably talented, caring, and knowledgeable she is in her craft. I like their haircuts. I paid 50 dollars a decade ago for a haircut that was terrible, so I've been cutting my hair since then. My sibling came here today to have their nails done. They were persuaded by Alex to have their lashes done by them. They gave in to give it a try and ended up with clumps of lashes glued on their EYELIDS. The spacing was incorrect and the amount of glue used was excessive. They came home in agony and tears. Currently trying to peel them off their lids, their real lashes are being ripped off with them. Incredibly unprofessional despite being told they were a professional with 14 years of experience. They also had to PAY for these services. We will not return.
