My sibling came here today to have their nails done. They were persuaded by Alex to have their lashes done by them. They gave in to give it a try and ended up with clumps of lashes glued on their EYELIDS. The spacing was incorrect and the amount of glue used was excessive. They came home in agony and tears. Currently trying to peel them off their lids, their real lashes are being ripped off with them. Incredibly unprofessional despite being told they were a professional with 14 years of experience. They also had to PAY for these services. We will not return. I would give 0 stars if possible.
The most dreadful nail experience I've ever had. It took 2.5 hours for powder nails, and they turned out terribly! I will be heading to my usual salon to have them redone; that's how awful they are.
I'm not one to leave reviews but this establishment, I don't even understand how it stays open?! Honestly, if I could rate it below zero, I would. The worst nail salon and experience I've ever had. I came in on a Wednesday to get acrylic nails and French pedicure, while my sibling got regular polish and a pedicure as well. The next day, all the nail polish on my sibling's nails came off, and mine chipped severely. So, I called the salon politely and they asked me to come back on Friday. We returned, and they redid our pedicures. I was content until the following day when we noticed the same issue - nails coming off and chipping. We called the same day, but they hung up on me. So, I went in and the male employee there raised his voice at me when I requested a refund for just my pedicure. I had paid $130 for both of us to have to return three times? I only asked for $28 back for my pedicure. The man yelled at me, so I called my father, and then he reluctantly handed over the money and yelled at me to leave. A terrible experience, I was very polite, and all they did was shout at me. I don't understand how this place is still operating.
