Firstly, I informed her right away that my nails were crooked. She kept laughing and made no effort to fix the issue. My nails ended up being bulky and uneven. She became angry when I asked her to remove them and started handling my hands roughly. The service for my feet was rushed. I wouldn't recommend this place.
Great service and I only get my eyebrows done here.
I came here to remove a full acrylic set (no gel/dip) that also had gemstones on them. It was WITHOUT A DOUBT the most terrible nail removal experience I've ever had. The person in the first chair (to the left by the window) was the technician. They were hurrying the removal process unnecessarily even though it was just me and one other customer in the store, while another employee sat down. The nail technician tried to use a metro card to pry the acrylic from my actual nail. I declined the metro card and they kept insisting and complaining. In the end, I did not allow them to use the metro card, and I soaked my nail in warm acetone. They filed my nails with the hand drill so much that blood clots formed under the nail bed. To add to the misery, I had to remove 4 of the gemstones/charms myself! I visited this place out of desperation and honestly, no level of desperation could ever make me come back.
