Absolutely appalling service, especially towards individuals of color. The staff at this salon exhibit blatant discrimination, treating black clients differently than their white counterparts. They underestimate the linguistic abilities of some customers, assuming they do not comprehend the conversations happening around them. One incident involved a larger black woman entering the salon, only to be met with a disrespectful reaction from an employee who loudly called out to her and proceeded to stare her down in a judgmental manner. The pricing is exorbitant considering the subpar quality of work provided. It is evident that this salon caters primarily to white clientele with disposable income, neglecting the needs and respect of customers of color. I cannot in good conscience recommend this establishment to anyone, as it is clear that they do not value or prioritize the satisfaction of all patrons. Protect your well-being and finances by avoiding this place at all costs!
