Despite my repeated request for SNS powder nails, the manager persistently pushed for hot gel. I emphasized my desire for a natural and thin appearance, yet the nails turned out thick. Moreover, the pricing was exorbitant - a standard pedicure cost $26 with an additional $5 for nail trimming, while SNS application was $75 plus undisclosed extra charges. The outcome was unsatisfactory, and the glue used caused my skin to break.
