Terrible experience, attended to by the manager. Despite my repeated request for SNS powder nails, the manager persistently pushed for hot gel. I emphasized my desire for a natural and thin appearance, yet the nails turned out thick. Moreover, the pricing was exorbitant - a standard pedicure cost $26 with an additional $5 for nail trimming, while SNS application was $75 plus undisclosed extra charges. The outcome was unsatisfactory, and the glue used caused my skin to break. The only positive aspect was the abundance of staff members available.

I was referred to this establishment by a friend and was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and spaciousness of the venue. However, my nails were completely ruined. During my initial visit, I requested French nails with tips. Everything was going smoothly until the technician introduced a strange gel product that I had never seen before. He insisted that it was necessary for the French style (even though I had previously had French nails without this product). I reluctantly agreed. While my nails were under the UV lamp, I felt a burning sensation, but I assumed it was normal. When the service was completed, I was shocked to be charged $90, with the mysterious gel costing an additional $20. I had never paid more than $65 for French tips in the past. Two and a half weeks later, I decided to return because the French design was well done. This time, I specifically requested powder gel. Despite informing both the manager and the stylist of my preference, the technician began applying hot gel after removing my polish. When I clarified that I wanted powder gel, he informed me that I couldn't keep tips with that type of gel. I was confused as I had previously had tips with powder gel without any issues. Reluctantly, I agreed to proceed with the hot gel, which led to chipping within three days. Eventually, I visited another salon to have everything removed, and now my nails are extremely fragile. They break easily, and with prom approaching, I hope they will recover. I strongly advise against visiting this nail salon. They prioritize profit over customer satisfaction, resulting in damaged nails.

I rate this experience 1000/10 and will make this my go-to place! Did I mention how spacious it was? The complimentary glass of red wine during the grand opening was a nice touch, helping me relax. This is the nail salon experience I have been searching for!
