My spouse and I have been coming here for over a year now, and we are delighted that it's conveniently located near our home. The customer service is exceptional, and the staff always assist us with a smile. Whether my wife or I schedule an appointment, we are promptly attended to upon arrival. I highly recommend making appointments here.
I'm adding an extra star for the Latina employee who did my pedicure. However, Sunny, on the other hand, seems inexperienced with powder manicures. The nail shape she provides is subpar, and she neglects to cover the entire nail with product or address the corners. Excess product ends up all over your fingers, and she doesn't bother to clean it off. Despite my requests, she didn't remove the excess cuticles either. Moreover, she was strict about the appointment time, yet I ended up waiting for 30-40 minutes. I will not return here. Save your money.
I was overcharged, rushed, and my requests were not listened to. I wanted a square toe with a French tip, but got a round shape instead. The almond shape was uneven, with one hand having longer tips than the other. Additionally, I was overcharged for the tip. I advise against spending your money here.
