Such a delightful experience from the second I entered. Alyse welcomed me with a friendly greeting, introduced me to the numerous services and products they offer, and answered all my queries in thorough detail. I opted for the infrared sauna for this visit. Then to elevate my experience even more, Alyse ensured I had a tall glass of ice-cold hydrogen water to keep me cool during the sauna. I ADORED IT!! Hydrate Health and Wellness is a necessity! Definitely returning!
I absolutely adore this spot! If you reside on Long Isle you know the water's poor quality. I began frequenting here for their filtered hydrogen water service. Just swing by to fill up your jugs or containers with their tasty, clean, purified water and be on your way! They also provide ionic foot baths, sauna, and whole body vibration. I recently started utilizing these services as well post a long workout and my body feels fantastic! They also offer fantastic all-natural skincare and supplements for sale. The ladies who work here are kind and it's such a snug and comfy setting. Strongly suggest this spot you'll love it!
Have visited Hydrate multiple times now. Alyse is extremely knowledgeable, warm, and accommodating. My pal and I have tried the foot detox, vibration machine, and particularly the water. This water is truly special. It has made my friend enjoy drinking water now when she detested it before. The place is incredibly serene and tranquil. We'll be returning very soon.
