I stumbled upon this nail salon by chance, and it was a fortunate discovery. The owner worked on my nails, and the outcome was beyond impressive. Impeccable shaping, a delightful array of colors, and a host who is not only friendly but also passionate about their craft. I had a very disappointing experience...
The personnel at this nail salon did not meet my expectations. The individual handling my pedicure seemed rushed, causing a cut on my toe and engaging in laughter. While conversing with two colleagues, the final result appeared unrefined. I was patiently waiting with my 4-year-old niece for a manicure. We waited for over 20 minutes, and when another lady walked in and asked about the wait time, they immediately sat her down. It felt so unprofessional and unfair. The workers didn't even acknowledge us or try to assist us in any way. I definitely would not recommend this place.
