I was patiently waiting with my 4-year-old niece for a manicure. We waited for over 20 minutes, and when another lady walked in and asked about the wait time, they immediately sat her down. It felt so unprofessional and unfair. The workers didn't even acknowledge us or try to assist us in any way. I definitely would not recommend this place. It was truly the worst experience.
I've never seen my nails in such a sorry state. I decided to give this place a second shot, but that turned out to be a mistake. It took nearly 3 hours for a manicure and pedicure, even though there was only one person ahead of me when I arrived. My nails are all wonky; my pinky nail is at such a strange angle that the French tip lines are all crooked. I had high hopes because of the great reviews, but this turned out to be the worst nail salon experience I've ever had.
I happened to be in the area and decided to get a pedicure, which I was satisfied with. However, the nail job was a disaster. The technician accidentally cut me with both the hand file and the electric file. The cuts on my cuticles are visible on almost all my fingers, and they sting. My right hand looks like a square bubblegum 😭! I asked her to fix my thumb, and she did somewhat improve it. It looks better now, but she tried to blame the issue on the nail polish. Additionally, I believe they overcharged me. The pedicure was supposed to be $27, plus $10 for gel, but I ended up being charged $40. I was too polite to say anything, and I even had to ask them to put alcohol on my cuts because the technician didn't seem to notice the bleeding. I won't be coming back here; it's just not worth it. When I got home, I had to file my nails to make them look somewhat normal.
