I had a very disappointing experience... The personnel at this nail salon did not meet my expectations. The individual handling my pedicure seemed rushed, causing a cut on my toe and engaging in laughter. While conversing with two colleagues, the final result appeared unrefined. The attention to detail for my pedicure was lacking, as there was no massage included with the sugar scrub.
Mimi did a great job with my pedicure, which I thoroughly enjoyed. However, Andy's work on my acrylic nails was subpar. I ended up paying $80, including the tip, for nails that were uneven and oddly shaped. Due to time constraints during my lunch break, I had to leave promptly; otherwise, I would have requested a fix. Additionally, I observed that they did not properly sterilize their equipment, merely rinsing it between clients.
The outcome was quite displeasing. I felt like shedding tears. They didn't allocate sufficient time and rushed through the process. The white coating was uneven, resulting in a cut on my skin, and the filing was poorly done. Despite that, I left a $5 tip as the individual serving me kept hinting at it. I have no intention of returning.
