I have been a loyal client of Taylor’s for over a year now and as someone who has struggled with migraines, a recent shoulder injury, and overall super knotted shoulders and neck, I can confidently say that this is the best I’ve felt in years. I did tons of research upon moving back to the area to find a massage therapist and came across amazing reviews for Taylor and scheduled. Aside from Taylor being an angel and super personable, the amount of function they have restored especially in my shoulders/upper back is truly remarkable! They are incredibly knowledgeable and skilled at what they do. They are the best massage therapist I have ever worked with- hands down! They always check in throughout the session to make sure their adjustments are consistent with both my needs and what they skillfully assess based on my presentation that day. I cannot convey how wonderful Taylor is, no matter how long a review I write. My partner has also seen Taylor many times over the last year or so and has felt SO much better since working with them. I've been a patron at Lan (previously known as Beauty Nails) for 16 years. Kim does an outstanding job. She is meticulous, consistently ensuring my nails look flawless. My manicures last a long time, and I am always amazed by her creativity. The salon is immaculate, and the service is exceptional.

I sent my spouse in to purchase a gift certificate for our child for Christmas. We did make it clear that this was a gift. Well a little while later my child got an email that they got a gift certificate. There is a $220 Christmas gift that is now not a gift. I did call the salon and tell them what happened and they explained that they were just learning how to process gift certificates, however, I don’t understand why my child’s name was attached to this gift certificate in the first place. Not trying to be insensitive, but I am still extremely extremely frustrated.

My experiences at Lucky's Nails have always been fantastic. It's advisable to call ahead for an appointment as they can get busy, but they do accept walk-ins. The staff has consistently been friendly, respectful, and engaging. It took about an hour for a full gel set. My nail technician was thorough in her work, and I never felt rushed. Overall, it's the best nail salon I've ever visited.
