I sent my spouse in to purchase a gift certificate for our child for Christmas. We did make it clear that this was a gift. Well a little while later my child got an email that they got a gift certificate. There is a $220 Christmas gift that is now not a gift. I did call the salon and tell them what happened and they explained that they were just learning how to process gift certificates, however, I don’t understand why my child’s name was attached to this gift certificate in the first place. Not trying to be insensitive, but I am still extremely extremely frustrated.
