Appalling experience. The worst my hair has ever appeared. Requested a wash and style, but the stylist couldn't even manage that. No heat protection used, and despite asking for "gentle curls," she created tight coils all around my head with a heavy dose of hairspray, neglecting to brush or comb them out at all. Would not recommend. Very let down. Also, highly overpriced.
$40 for a wash and dry of short hair? Absurd. My shirt is damp on the back yoke and collar. Not worth it. Nevertheless, the stylist was pleasant and did a satisfactory job.
