Let me tell you, I arrived at 9 am and didn't leave until 1 am the following day. The braiders work at a snail's pace, often deviating from clear instructions and changing braiders frequently. It's unacceptable to spend an entire day at the salon. Never returning!
Absolutely adored my visit here! Initially chose to come based on glowing reviews and left completely content with my experience. My hair guru was Brazil, and they truly worked wonders on my hair. I came in for a quick trim, steam treatment, and silk press. As you can see in the pictures, my hair looks vibrant and chic. The entire team at the salon was fantastic. Every lady who walked out had stunning, healthy hair. Already scheduled my next appointment for a conditioning treatment and perm rod set. Thrilled to have found such a top-notch natural hair care spot! Prices were fair, and the staff's expertise in curly hair care was evident.
