I arrived around 3:30 on a Friday. I was greeted and informed that someone would assist me shortly. Eventually, I was greeted and attended to by Olivia. I opted for a pedicure and a full acrylic set. There were three pedicure chairs, but only one was in use. She began working on my nails. I found it odd since it's WINTER, how would I manage my shoes and clothes with wet nails? The nail process went smoothly. Olivia inquired about the length and style I desired. However, I noticed she did not inspect my cuticles. She buffed my natural nail and began applying the tips. I brought my own polish and opted for a simple look without any design. Then we transitioned to the pedicure chair... with my WET nails. Olivia helped me remove my sneakers. However, my pants were not pulled up enough, so I attempted to adjust them. Unfortunately, I smudged my nails in the process. I pointed this out, and she responded with "OK, later". The pedicure was quite basic. She applied cuticle cream and let it sit. I suggested she fix my nails, to which she replied "later". This was the only part she left to sit during the pedicure. Since we did the pedicure so late in the process, I couldn't opt for color as I didn't have enough time for them to dry before putting on my socks and shoes. Olivia assisted in putting on my socks and adjusting my pants. However, my fingernails still needed attention. She quickly fixed them and advised me to be more cautious. It shouldn't be the customer's responsibility to point that out, nor should they be instructed to be more careful. It was YOUR lack of planning that led to the situation. Then, she had me dry my nails using the table fan at her station. Some improvements the staff could make include not getting distracted by conversations with each other while attending to a client. Additionally, avoid showing personal items below your belt to a colleague while next to a client (hopefully it was a tattoo and not a bruise). Overall: a 3.5-star rating, mostly due to the staff's attitude. The full acrylic set and pedicure cost $65. If I decide to return, I'll update regarding the nail cut down.

I'm quite particular about exceptional customer service, professionalism, and glamorous nail designs. I visited for my 28th birthday nails and Victoria understood the task perfectly! She did an amazing job with my nails and took her time. Pedicure cost $30, Fill in with design was $85. The pricing is fantastic. Thank you so much! I'll definitely be a repeat customer ✨️

I absolutely adore this salon! Alexandria is a nail QUEEN! She can execute any design you present flawlessly, and my nails stay flawless for a month at a time with no chipping or lifting (acrylic overlay). Top-notch nails, exceptional experience, and fair pricing. The interior is also very charming and clean! Highly recommend
