I had to travel out of the city for a special occasion and needed nail and foot care. Seeking a new place, I contacted Vin Nails around noon. They scheduled me for a "fill-in" at 2:30 pm, but offered to do my pedicure immediately. Since I live just 5 minutes away, I agreed. Arriving around 13 minutes later, they promptly took me in. The pedicure was excellently done! There was a short wait for my nails, as they had informed me beforehand. It was fine though, as it extended my relaxing "back massage time," which I thoroughly enjoyed, haha. Kat handled my nails, and I can't recall the name of the lady who did my pedicure (I should've written the review on the same day to remember)... I'll update if it comes back to me. Kat did an exceptional job! My only concern was that they assumed I wanted gel nails... truthfully, I've had gel nails in the past, but never paid for them myself. In the end, I inquired about the price and was told $65. It seemed a bit steep, but I accepted. When I got to the counter, the total was $110. I was taken aback! However, I soon realized that when she said "it will be $65 in total," she meant for the nails (design, length, + gel polish cost). I also opted for gel polish on my feet. I had a hair appointment in Portsmouth in an hour, so opting for gel nails actually saved me time. Had I known it would cost that much, I would have just done my feet and booked another day for my nails, minus the gel polish, haha. Apart from that, it was a pleasant experience. The ladies and one gentleman were incredibly kind and hospitable, the ambiance was pleasant, and the service was excellent. I will definitely return... as for when, well, let's check my wallet first, haha. It may be a bit pricey, as some other reviews mention, but their craftsmanship and ambiance justify it, in my personal view.
This establishment is a favorite of mine, especially when Li attends to my feet with a rejuvenating pedicure. The time spent here is truly worthwhile. The cleanliness and organization are top-notch. I highly recommend it.
The finest nail salon in the city! Each visit to this salon is a delightful experience. My gel manicure and pedicure are exquisite. The effort put in by the technician was remarkable. The staff, including her, were exceptionally friendly, and the salon itself exudes cleanliness and professionalism.
