My experience was disappointing. Despite a detailed consultation via email with photos and explanations of the desired women's short cut, the stylist completely disregarded our discussion. I left with all the growth I had achieved cut off in a style far from what was agreed upon. The stylist used excessive pomade despite my request for no product, leaving my hair gummy even after multiple washes. Despite expressing my disappointment, the salon never responded. Their lack of acknowledgment or apology for their mistake is unacceptable.
