My experience was disappointing. Despite a detailed consultation via email with photos and explanations of the desired women's short cut, the stylist completely disregarded our discussion. I left with all the growth I had achieved cut off in a style far from what was agreed upon. The stylist used excessive pomade despite my request for no product, leaving my hair gummy even after multiple washes. Despite expressing my disappointment, the salon never responded. Their lack of acknowledgment or apology for their mistake is unacceptable. I had been going to a med spa before finding the Centre. I am so happy that a friend referred me to Dr. Doyle and the Centre! Every service I have had has been delivered professionally with care and thought. The front desk staff are a wonderful group of ladies... welcoming and approachable.
