My experience was disappointing. Despite a detailed consultation via email with photos and explanations of the desired women's short cut, the stylist completely disregarded our discussion. I left with all the growth I had achieved cut off in a style far from what was agreed upon. The stylist used excessive pomade despite my request for no product, leaving my hair gummy even after multiple washes. Despite expressing my disappointment, the salon never responded. Their lack of acknowledgment or apology for their mistake is unacceptable. I will not be returning to a place that treats customers in such a manner.

I arrived for my hair appointment today, opting for a wash, cut, and blow dry without color. To my surprise, I was informed of a $50 charge if I didn't get the color service. The attendant's tone was offensive and made me feel uncomfortable, leading me to leave. I wish this situation could have been handled differently.
