My experience was disappointing. Despite a detailed consultation via email with photos and explanations of the desired women's short cut, the stylist completely disregarded our discussion. I left with all the growth I had achieved cut off in a style far from what was agreed upon. The stylist used excessive pomade despite my request for no product, leaving my hair gummy even after multiple washes. Despite expressing my disappointment, the salon never responded. Their lack of acknowledgment or apology for their mistake is unacceptable. For years, I've frequented Nail Bar and steadfastly refuse to go elsewhere. Brittany consistently delivers flawless results, and my nails always look stunning. I receive compliments on them regularly. The salon itself is impeccably clean and beautifully adorned. I also trust Sarah with my hair, and her work is equally impressive. I wholeheartedly recommend this spot to anyone. The entire team is incredibly friendly and treats you like part of the family. The salon is continuously being enhanced for the benefit of its clients.

I underwent my transplant over four years ago with Dr. Leonard. I was charged a significant amount for a small area in the front. A year later, during an appointment, I was informed that I needed to purchase a laser hat to prevent hair loss. Everything seemed to revolve around money. They only spoke with you with the intention of increasing profits. Ultimately, after paying over eight thousand dollars, Dr. Leonard presented me with multiple options.
