My experience with The Glamour Lounge Beauty Studio has been exceptional and empowering. The owner, Cameron Reynolds, is incredibly talented and skilled in the art of makeup and hair styling. Each client is treated with care and professionalism, leaving them feeling beautiful and confident.
Extremely disappointing experience. I've known Cameron for over 15 years and never expected this level of unprofessionalism. My sister and I were scammed out of our deposit. The owner failed to provide the promised services to both my niece and me. She was courteous until she received our deposit. I strongly advise others to seek services elsewhere. Besides the financial loss, she ruined my niece's prom experience. There was no communication about her inability to do our hair and makeup until the day of the event when we couldn't reach her. UPDATE!!! After posting this review, she suddenly responded promptly, which was unusual. However, I have yet to receive my refund despite her promise to send it back. Despite her apologies, the lack of communication until after the review is unacceptable. I don't want to tarnish her reputation, but I also don't want others to go through what my niece and I did on such an important day. I will keep everyone informed about the refund process. The owner may be upset about being labeled a scammer, but her actions align with such behavior until I receive my payment. It feels like a scam to take money without providing the service. Numerous attempts were made to have this review removed, but not to address the service issues.
I still can't believe the amazing transformation Cameron did in such a short time. I brought my mother to The Glamour Lounge Beauty Studio for an event she had to attend in just 3 hours after her previous makeup artist canceled last minute. We contacted Cameron only 2 hours before the event, and she worked wonders. My mother looked like a whole new person and felt absolutely stunning. Cameron's professionalism and kindness in handling our last-minute request were truly remarkable. The makeup and hair she did were beyond incredible, and my mother received so many compliments that evening thanks to The Glamour Lounge. Thank you so much, Cameron, for being a true blessing.
