Banter has provided exceptional service. Erica pierced my ears and recommended getting the warranty. Despite initial skepticism, the warranty proved invaluable. When my earring came out at Six Flags, Banter replaced it without any issues. Later, after an MRI, they cleaned and reinserted my earrings for free when it seemed the hole had closed. Erica's care and hospitality have been outstanding, and I will definitely return to Banter for any future piercings.
