110% HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Harper did an outstanding job with my hair. He is kind, on time, professional, and his salon is clean! If you need to see it to believe it, check out his instagram for his work. I legit drove 2 hours just to get my hair done by him and will continue to do that. Yes, he is that good and his prices are great!!
I absolutely adore Harper! I have been with him for 5 years and I have loved every second of it. He's incredibly talented at what he does as well as being the sweetest person I know. If you are ever interested in extensions or even a simple coloring, he's your guy! 10/10 recommend!!!!
