I have a wedding coming up and went to get my nails and toes done to match the dress I bought. I selected one color for both my toes and hands. Somewhere in the change over from my pedicure to my manicure, the color changed. It's not the same shade and looks awful (not to mention the layers are way too thick and very lumpy). As I was leaving a customer brought it to my attention that they KNEW they mixed up the colors, as she heard them talking about it because it was her color they used on me. So instead of making it right, they just finished in the wrong color and now I'm out the money and have to go somewhere else for the right matching color.
For those that are thinking 'why I don't say anything' the colors are similar and I couldn't see my toes to know how off they actually were until all was said and done. I honestly would not have reviewed assuming it was an honest mistake.
