--- Olivia Rivera I went to Elite Nails for the first time yesterday and it will be the last. I requested french tips on my daughter's toes and was informed they couldn't do it. I should have left right then. Who can't do a simple french manicure? Tina said no. So, I ended up getting white with chrome gel polish. It was a disaster. Linda had polish and top coat all over my toes, peeling off my skin and cracking. She accidentally spilled the top coat on her pants, then cured it, causing a burn. No gloves were used! I have never been to a nail salon that doesn't use gloves. I went back inside and told Peter at the front how bad my toes looked. He agreed to have them fixed. Linda was sent to fix them, the same lady who messed them up. She came out with a nail drill tool, asking what happened. I explained that the polish was chipping and all over my toes. She proceeded to use the dremel to remove the gel, cutting me in the process. I exclaimed, "OUCH, you cut me!" She then cut me again in the same spot! At that point, I was done. I walked to the front and told Peter I had been there for 2.5 hours, my toes looked terrible, she cut me twice, and wiped the blood off my toes with her bare hands, once again, no gloves. I requested a refund, but he insisted I come back next week for a fix. I am leaving for a trip tomorrow morning. Needless to say, I will never return. $140 wasted. I went to Pro Nails up the street, and they fixed the mess Elite Nails made. I highly recommend visiting Pro Nails, not Elite.

Visited for a nail appointment yesterday (spent 3.5 hours there!) and upon returning home, I noticed MANY issues.. the gel x was heavily layered under all my nails, one nail was uneven, two nails had cracks, my toenails had gel polish with bubbles and peeling. I promptly contacted Taylor and scheduled an appointment for today to fix my toes and switch the gel x to acrylic. Upon arrival, Taylor acknowledged all the mistakes on my nails and toes. I was then confronted by Jordan and interrogated about why I was dissatisfied with the nails, despite showing him the unsanitary condition due to the poorly applied gel x. He agreed to remove them as requested but refused to replace with acrylic. Shortly after, he changed his stance and stated he wouldn't remove the nails, insisting I go elsewhere. This was my preferred salon where I've invested a significant amount of money and not only was I belittled but also subjected to yelling.. highly unprofessional. Don’t be deceived by the positive reviews, as they seem to be incentives for 20-30% discounts off your bill.. after observing yesterday how multiple clients were attended to without James or Taylor washing their hands even once. I will be reaching out to the health department. I have videos of their lack of hygiene before attending to another customer.. My fingernails are sore from being cut three times. Taylor mentioned she would rectify my toes, but following the altercation with James, I informed her I'd seek services elsewhere as I felt uneasy. It's unfortunate it came to this, but James' outburst ensures I won't return. I paid $160 for the service and left a 20% tip.. only to not have them removed.. now I have to spend more to fix my toes and have my nails soaked off & redone… I explained to James I fully intended to pay for a full set of acrylic nails, but he was too offended by my return to express dissatisfaction with the quality. Regrettably, two customers had to witness this ordeal.

This place just feels like a second home to me. I walked in 7 years ago looking for a salon near my new residence, and these folks have become like family ever since. It's spotless, beautifully decorated, spacious, and the team here is genuinely the kindest and most dedicated you'll ever come across. The camaraderie is just as wonderful as the services provided.

For anyone in search of a salon, Q & Co is the place to go. As someone who tends to get anxious about haircuts due to past bad experiences, Quint made me feel completely at ease and did an exceptional job with my hair. I will definitely be returning to him.

I have visited this place about 3 or 4 months ago before my foot surgery and now again since then, and Alex is absolutely fantastic! He provides EXCEPTIONAL foot massages, and honestly, that’s the primary reason I enjoy pedicures! I opted for the VIP pedicure, which I highly recommend, as it includes the paraffin wax and hot stone massage, on top of a ten-minute massage already on my feet and legs! As I mentioned, Alex is incredibly SKILLED at his work! Both him and his husband are very warm and welcoming individuals! Pay a visit to this place and you won’t be disappointed! I had a wonderful time at I Luv Nails, and you will too!

I was very pleased with my haircut.💇 It was exactly what I asked for. Their hours of operation are very accommodating. Both, Greg and Mark, are very cordial and hospitable. The prices are very reasonable. I would highly recommend this place for getting a haircut. …
