I've known Kia for years now! Stellar work every time, whether it's styling my hair or my daughter's. Her color skills are top-notch too. When she did my red, I was absolutely thrilled! Definitely sticking with her!
Recently visited Kia for a haircut. Since my previous stylist relocated, I decided to give her a try. I asked for an undercut and a side bang trim. While the undercut turned out great and she listened well to my preferences, the same cannot be said for the bangs. Despite my clear instructions to keep them off my forehead, she cut them wet and styled them forward. Even after I pointed out the error, she still styled them against my wishes, making it difficult to fix later. The quick blow-drying was harsh, leaving my hair damp and tangled. She rushed through washing my hair, ignoring my scalp, which left me unsatisfied. Overall, the rushed and uncomfortable experience has made me decide to go back to my previous stylist in the valley once my bangs grow out.
