Scheduled an appointment in advance. Work conflict arose, making it impossible to attend. Tried contacting the salon numerous times using the provided number, but received no response. Sent an email, no reply. Eventually texted and reached the stylist, who was unkind and blamed me for the missed appointment. Despite explaining my efforts, she refused to take responsibility for the lack of communication. Did not reschedule and would not recommend booking with her.
