The staff members lack enthusiasm, their service is rather lackluster. I visited for a simple haircut but I won't be returning, they left uneven strands and neglected to blend my bangs despite my request. The necessary touch-ups were overlooked, overall, I am dissatisfied. I hope they enhance their customer service approach and expand their offerings for short hair, a more comprehensive service is eagerly awaited.

This establishment is a disappointment, I scheduled an appointment for Tuesday but upon arriving on Thursday, I was informed they had run out of hair dye. The staff members were extremely impolite, I strongly advise against coming here.
