THE ABSOLUTE BEST NAILS IN THE WORLD!!!!! I stand by that statement, oh my goodness!!! The service?? Exceptional. The nails? Stunning! I am in awe of how they turned out. I decided to step out of my comfort zone and try acrylics for the first time. I am amazed by my initial experience. My colleagues at work today complimented my nails, which took me by surprise. I guess I will be frequenting this salon much more often! Brian, the individual who did my nails, I am so thankful for him! He was incredibly patient and kind, allowing me to take my time when selecting a color. I am usually very decisive. The salon is impeccably clean and well-maintained. I am thrilled to have discovered this hidden gem; I have never felt so self-assured! This is my ultimate go-to, thank you Brian!
I am utterly surprised by these positive reviews. That was the most peculiar and unprofessional experience I've ever encountered, not just with manicures, but in general. A child was running around the establishment, attempting to climb onto the lap of the nail technician while I was getting my nails done and trying to pull her away. I am a parent myself and have brought my children to work, but I would never allow them to impact customer service in such a manner. When she wasn't doing that, she was running around with scissors. Although I only requested the polish to be removed and my nails to be filed down as they are my natural nails, she completely damaged my nail beds, and it will take a long time for them to recover. They didn't even bother to apply a clear top coat. I didn't bother asking at that point because I just wanted to leave. I didn't want to risk being harmed while pregnant because of an unsupervised child playing with sharp objects. Are these positive reviews automated? It was a chaotic situation. Their license should be revoked. They are literally endangering customers due to a child running with scissors. Unbelievable.
Brian did an incredible job fixing my nails. I've never had a nail technician successfully repair my nails while maintaining their length after removing acrylics. I will definitely return.
