I am a bit delayed in sharing my feedback... I initially met Constance and had my hair colored by her in early 2019... I returned on 5-2-2019 for my 2-strand twist and I am delighted to say that I am still happily sporting them today... Thank you, Constance!
I acknowledge the kindness extended to me at this salon, so this feedback is solely based on my experience. However, almost a year ago, I received the most disastrous haircut of my life from this salon. I am still in the process of growing it out - it might take another 18 months for it to grow out evenly. I am deeply disappointed and frustrated with how short and uneven my hair still appears. Despite the time that has passed, I felt compelled to write this review after removing my box braids and witnessing the condition of my hair. That haircut not only damaged my hair but also shattered my confidence. I regret not leaving my hair at its previous length - I will never opt for a curly cut again.
Constance was truly exceptional! I had a trim done and she provided insights on my hair's health. Moreover, Constance outlined the steps necessary to achieve my hair goals. During the trim, she only removed what was needed and demonstrated what she was going to cut.
