KidzCare Pediatrics PC - Dunn NC

In the United States, we have been visiting this establishment for years, but today marked the breaking point. On numerous occasions, we attempted to bring our children when they were unwell, only to be told, "There's no provider available today!" During scheduled appointments, they often leave you waiting in a room for an extended period. Furthermore, their explanations for the situation always seem to be generic. This facility appears to solely specialize in prescribing antibiotics based on the assumptions of whichever staff member is present that day. They should consider either shutting down or hiring individuals who show up for work and possess the ability to accurately diagnose medical issues.

The front desk staff in the United States are very impolite. I've had two negative interactions with them for no apparent reason. The first incident occurred when I arrived for my son's appointment and provided his name. The receptionist immediately exclaimed, "You're late!" I politely corrected her, stating that I was actually early. She insisted loudly in front of the waiting room that I was an hour late, seemingly trying to embarrass me. After I reiterated that my appointment was at 11 am, she checked and admitted her mistake. The second encounter was over the phone, where the lady was extremely rude, as if I shouldn't be calling at all. If you dislike your job, find another one. I am now searching for a new doctor for my children, as the physician and nurses are pleasant, but the issue lies with the front desk staff.

I am immensely grateful for Andrea and the entire team at the Dunn office in the United States. They consistently accommodate me promptly or refer me to another office if their provider is unavailable. They genuinely listen to my concerns regarding my children! My kids and I appreciate you all greatly! Thank you for being yourselves.
