I was referred here by a friend, but I encountered a rather unwelcoming reception upon my arrival. When I inquired about availability and booking, the individual I spoke with chuckled. The tone of her voice and the expression on her face clearly indicated that she had no interest in having me as a customer. There was no offer of assistance with booking or further conversation. I thanked her for her time, but left feeling shocked and dismayed. I am not one to leave negative reviews, but this experience was truly unsettling for me. I hope this feedback prompts the staff to contemplate their treatment of new visitors.
