T was extremely skilled and meticulous with nails, and Cassie is also highly skilled in nail care. I would rate their services 10/10 and highly recommend visiting the Nice Nails salon.
Nice Nails has been my go-to nail salon for over 18 years! They are absolutely fantastic! Exceptional customer service and they always keep my nails looking beautiful. I highly recommend them to everyone.
The staff is friendly but the focus seems to be on speed rather than quality. The service feels rushed and not enjoyable. There is a sign indicating a cash discount, but if you pay with cash, you end up paying the full price. The sign should clearly state that there is a fee for card payments. I have been a patron of this establishment for many years, but I believe this will be my last visit. I prefer a more comfortable and customer-oriented experience. A pedicure should be a relaxing and pleasant experience, as well as consistent in quality. The duration of the service and the attention to detail vary from visit to visit. The spa soak and massage should have a set time frame. My expectations are quite basic. For a $40 service, I don't think it's unreasonable to expect 30 minutes for a nail trim, soak, massage, and color application. I feel like my service may have only lasted 20 minutes.
